Ia Lang village has a natural area of 101.3 hectares, with 315 households (of which 238 are ethnic minorities), and a total population of 1,571 people. The average income per capita is 65 million VND/year. There are no poor households in the village, only 2 near-poor households. The village party cell currently has 12 party members, of which 6 are ethnic minorities.

At the meeting, party members reported on the results of implementing tasks in May and proposed work directions for June 2025; at the same time, discussed and contributed many ideas on solutions for socio -economic development, strengthening security and order, and improving the quality of party cell activities.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Rah Lan Chung highly appreciated the results that the Party Cell and the people of Ia Lang village have achieved, especially in agricultural development, caring for people's lives and building a strong grassroots political system. The meeting was carried out in accordance with the provisions of Instruction No. 12 of the Central Organizing Committee on improving the quality of Party Cell activities. Party members actively spoke, contributing to clarifying the discussion contents. The meeting time was fully implemented, ensuring compliance with regulations, creating favorable conditions for Party members to exchange democratically and deeply.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The Party cell is the organization closest to the people, an important bridge to convey the Party and State's guidelines and policies to the people. Therefore, the Party cell needs to continue to innovate and be creative in propaganda and mobilization work so that people understand, agree with and actively participate in emulation movements to develop socio-economy and maintain security and order. He suggested that the Party cell continue to grasp the situation, closely follow the grassroots, be close to the people, understand the people, and take better care of the material and spiritual life of the people, especially ethnic minorities. At the same time, the Party cell must promote the vanguard role of Party members, pay attention to developing the contingent of ethnic minority Party members, contributing to building a strong government apparatus and serving the people better.

At the same time, he presented 10 million VND to the Ia Lang village Party Cell to purchase equipment for Party cell activities, contributing to improving the effectiveness of Party organization activities at the grassroots level.
