Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the regular citizen reception session in April 2025.
Attending the citizen reception session were representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Provincial Inspectorate, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Construction; leaders of Yen Bai City People's Committee; Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Provincial Legal Aid Center, Yen Bai Provincial Lawyers Association and Provincial Citizen Reception Committee.
Citizens present opinions and recommendations at the citizen reception session
At the citizen reception session, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh received 31 turns of 36 citizens who came to present opinions, recommendations, and reflections on land and policies in Luc Yen district and Yen Bai city.
After listening to the citizens' presentations and opinions of relevant departments, branches and agencies, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh directly discussed, answered and concluded each specific case and requested competent authorities to consider, resolve and respond to complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections of citizens in accordance with the provisions of law.
Regarding cases where citizens submit petitions, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee to monitor and urge the implementation of each content concluded at the regular citizen reception session for relevant agencies and units, promptly advise and report the implementation results to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as soon as possible.
