An auction company has just announced the auction of confiscated goods of various kinds that have been approved for auction by the Hanoi City Market Management Department.
Notably, in this auction, the Hanoi City Market Management Agency is auctioning a lot of approximately 500 iPhones with a starting price of 2.5 million VND per unit.
Among them, there are over 70 iPhone 12 and 12 Pro models and nearly 400 iPhone 13 models priced at 4 million VND each – a much lower price than used iPhone 13 phones currently on the market (approximately 7-11 million VND, depending on storage capacity).
According to the list, all the phones auctioned in this round by the Hanoi City Market Management Department are used goods, manufactured abroad. The starting price for this lot of assets is over 2.01 billion VND, and bidders need to deposit over 20 million VND in advance.

Bidders can view the assets at the warehouse of the Hanoi City Market Management Department. The auction is scheduled for the morning of September 23rd, and will be conducted online using an ascending bid method.
Earlier, at the end of August, another company also announced an auction of confiscated assets seized for the State treasury, including used telephones, electronic devices, and office equipment (comprising 406 telephones and 34 electronic devices: computers, printers, Bluetooth speakers, etc.) from the Civil Enforcement Agency of Bac Ninh province. The starting price for this lot of assets was over 270 million VND.
The auctioned items included mobile phones from many familiar brands such as Samsung, iPhone, Nokia, Oppo… However, most were used items, many models could not be checked for functionality, and some even had cracked screens.
