The singing and dancing performances praising the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh at the program were elaborately staged and performed.

The art program includes unique and attractive singing, dancing, music and animation performances with themes related to the Liberation Day of the South and National Reunification, praising the Communist Party of Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh and the love for the homeland, the country, the Vietnamese people, the revolutionary fighting tradition of the nation and songs about the people of Lai Chau and Phong Tho. The performances were elaborately staged by actors from the district's Center for Culture, Sports and Communications, and ethnic art troupes from Phong Tho town and Muong So commune.

The art program attracted a large number of people to watch.
