The Vietnam Glory 2025 Program with the theme "Pride and Aspiration" is a special cultural and political event, honoring the national spirit, love for the Fatherland, heroes; typical advanced examples, businesses, and entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. The program honors 13 outstanding collectives and 6 individuals, spreading the spirit of patriotism, arousing the desire for development for a prosperous Vietnam.
In particular, Ha Long University ( Quang Ninh ), after a decade of construction and growth, has affirmed its position as a prestigious training institution, contributing quality human resources to Quang Ninh province and the whole country.

As of February 2025, the school's full-time training system has 8,325 students. The proportion of university students accounts for 95% of the total school size. The number of graduates who have jobs after 6 months is over 80%. Many students are recruited while still in school.
Not only focusing on teaching and training, Ha Long University also expands scientific, technological activities and international cooperation. From 2015 to present, Ha Long University has been implementing 2 national-level scientific tasks, 3 research projects within the framework of cooperation with the European Union and Germany, 9 provincial-level scientific tasks, 18 tasks ordered by enterprises. The school's staff and lecturers have had 1,064 publications in specialized journals and conference proceedings (including 75 international publications in the WoS (ISI) / SCOPUS list). The school also signed agreements and memorandums of understanding with international organizations, educational institutions and companies with foreign elements in countries such as Australia, the Netherlands, China, Korea, Japan, the Philippines, New Zealand; receiving experts/volunteers to work at the school; Send students to study and intern abroad under student exchange programs in Japan, Korea, and China.
The fact that Ha Long University was honored at the Vietnam Glory 2025 program is not only a source of pride for the school, but also affirms the role of local education in the development of high-quality human resources.
