Therefore, the company has saved 30% of electricity and heat compared to traditional technology. In particular, digital transformation and AI application have helped the company expand its export market from 23 to about 40 countries and territories.

Mr. Nguyen Doan Thang, General Director of Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask JSC, said that digital transformation has helped businesses create a new growth level of 15 - 20% compared to the period before digital transformation of 8 - 10%.

Along with that, the company's leadership has changed the way the business operates, shifting from top-down direction and experience-based decision making to front-line management and data-based decision making;

At the same time, optimize production capacity, manage smart production, create new productivity and quality levels, ensure enough goods with high growth rate, complexity, and variety, in the context of limited space and no increase in the number of workers.

Dr. Nguyen Tung Lam, Director of the Vietnam Productivity Institute, said that the deployment of technology helps reduce errors and speed up the process of bringing products to market. Digital transformation initiatives have brought many benefits to businesses.
