Digital transformation of the insurance industry in the development strategy to 2030

TTH.VN - On the afternoon of July 28, the Vietnam Insurance Association (VIA) coordinated with the Provincial Development Research Institute and IEC Group to organize the 2023 VIA high-level conference and exhibition. Attending the event were Mr. Ngo Viet Trung, Director of the Department of Insurance Management and Supervision, Ministry of Finance ; leaders of relevant departments and branches, along with 20 leading information technology (IT) solution providers and insurance enterprises nationwide.

With the theme "Digital transformation of the insurance industry in the development strategy to 2030", the first seminar on "Application of digital technology to increase transparency and optimize operational efficiency in the insurance industry" shared about the latest technologies being applied and contributing to promoting the digital transformation process of the insurance industry from IT providers as well as reputable insurance companies such as FPT Software, FPT Smart Cloud, HPE Vietnam, MB Ageas Life...

Seminar 2 with the theme "Developing a variety of digital insurance products and services, enhancing customer experience and engagement" had discussions on trends and the latest insurance products/services to enhance customer experience from units such as Sapiens, FPT Information System Company, AIA Vietnam...

This activity aims to become an annual and prestigious forum in the insurance industry, helping policy makers, industry leaders, and technology corporations discuss trends and development opportunities in the insurance industry, propose appropriate strategies to help businesses catch up with the development strategy of the Vietnamese insurance industry until 2030 according to Decision No. 07 of the Prime Minister .
