Transfer of activities of the National Assembly delegation with General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong

Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of October 31, before entering the 8th Session, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh informed the National Assembly about the transfer of activities of the National Assembly delegation of General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong.

Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh said that, based on the Resolution of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo , and the Secretariat of the 13th tenure on personnel work and the election results at the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly; the Conclusion of the Politburo on the introduction of Politburo members, the Secretariat, and Central Party Committee members of the 13th tenure to run for the 15th National Assembly and the opinion of the Politburo:

The National Assembly Standing Committee unanimously issued Resolution No. 1268/NQ-UBTVQH15 on comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, transferring the delegation's activities from the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Hung Yen province to the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi city.

Resolution No. 1266/NQ-UBTVQH15 on comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, transferring delegation activities from the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Thanh Hoa province to the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City.

The above two Resolutions take effect from the date of signing, October 30, 2024.
