After 8 seasons playing for The Cong - Viettel, Duc Chien decided not to continue playing for the army team to move to a new environment. Before Duc Chien, in 2024, the army team had already said goodbye to the iconic player of Viettel's youth training center, Nguyen Hoang Duc.
The next destination of this player is said to be Phu Dong Ninh Binh , the club that just won the First Division Championship and won the right to play in the V-League next season. Many rumors say that when joining the same team as Hoang Duc, Duc Chien will also receive great treatment, with a signing bonus of up to more than 20 billion VND in 3 years.
