According to Ms. Thuan, that morning, she sold lottery tickets on the sidewalk of Duong Tu Giang Street, near Lac Cuong intersection as usual.
At this time, a man about 50 years old riding a red motorbike and wearing a brown jacket came to ask to buy a lottery ticket.
At that time, the 840 lottery tickets were still in the bag, so the woman told the man to open the bag and take the tickets himself. A moment later, the man took out 8 lottery tickets and gave her a 200,000 VND bill.
While Mrs. Thuan was giving her change, the man put another stack of lottery tickets (same Tien Giang lottery but different date) into Mrs. Thuan's basket and then drove away.

The lottery ticket seller then took the lottery tickets from the basket and spread them out for sale. When a customer came to buy a lottery ticket, he discovered that the entire stack of lottery tickets were old numbers (April 30, 2023).
Mrs. Thuan cried and said: "I am illiterate, only after hearing what the customer said did I realize I was cheated."
Ms. Thuan reported to Tan Tien Ward Police. This is the fourth time someone has snatched or swapped her lottery tickets.
