Motorbike rider dies after collision with passenger car on Thang Long Avenue

On the morning of May 5, a serious traffic accident occurred on Thang Long Avenue (section through Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi ) causing 1 person to die on the spot.

Specifically, at 7:20 a.m., a passenger car running on the Thuong Ly (Hai Phong) - Yen Nghia Bus Station (Hanoi) route with license plate 15F-001.XX, driven by driver TVL (born in 1994, residing in Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong), reached Km4+00 in the expressway lane of Thang Long Avenue and collided with a motorbike with license plate 88H1-352.XX driven by Ms. NTVA (born in 2000, residing in Phuc Yen, Vinh Phuc ) going in the same direction.

The strong collision caused Ms. VA to fall onto the road and die on the spot; the motorbike she was driving was damaged.

Upon receiving the news, Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police) and Nam Tu Liem District Police were present to direct traffic, protect the scene and handle the accident.

The case is currently being investigated and clarified by Nam Tu Liem District Police.

It is known that the expressway lane of Thang Long Avenue prohibits motorbikes from circulating, but every day hundreds of motorbikes still enter despite the danger.
