Kindergarten teacher in Hoa Binh abused children

On May 21, Ms. Trinh Thi Nguyet Hoa, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Da Bac district, said that as soon as she received the information, the Department reported the incident to the People's Committee of Da Bac district.

The District People's Committee then directed the verification and sent a document to the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province about the incident involving teacher Dinh Thi A, a teacher at Hoa Mai Kindergarten (Da Bac town) who abused students.

Specifically, at 12:35 p.m. on May 19, 2025, immediately after receiving the information, the District People's Committee directed the Department of Education and Training and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Bac town to work directly with the Board of Directors of Hoa Mai Kindergarten and teacher Dinh Thi A to check and verify the content reflected on Facebook.

Through the process of checking and verifying, it was found that the incident in the video occurred in the 2023-2024 school year. Ms. Dinh Thi A and Ms. Dinh Thi H were assigned to the class of children aged 24-36 months at Hoa Mai Kindergarten. In the posted video, Ms. A repeatedly displayed inappropriate behavior and abused children right in the classroom.

Images of Ms. A's abuse were posted on social media by people.

At the meeting, Ms. A admitted to all the actions as reflected in the video and clearly recognized that she violated the ethics of a teacher, seriously affecting students, the school and creating bad public opinion in society.

“After receiving the verification report and working minutes of the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committee of Da Bac town, the District People's Committee assigned the Department of Internal Affairs to consult with the People's Committee of Da Bac district to issue a decision to temporarily suspend Ms. Dinh Thi A from work for 15 days. The District People's Committee requested the police to investigate and clarify Ms. A's actions. At the same time, it requested the authorities to consider the responsibility of the collective and individuals involved in the incident,” said Ms. Hoa.
