At exactly 2:00 p.m. on May 22, tickets for the VPBank K-Star Spark 2025 concert went on sale on Cticket. However, the website crashed due to overload. Many accounts were logged out and unable to log back in.
On social media, many fans were upset, while others expressed regret at not being able to get tickets to meet their idols. "It's over before it even starts"; "The website is down"; "Has anyone been able to buy tickets?"; "Logged in since 2:00 a.m. and still can't get in"; "Such a bad website, but still selling tickets"; "Continuous errors and no fix"; "Do the organizers want to sell tickets?", fans said.

Website for buying concert tickets with G-Dragon crashed due to traffic overload.
The program organizers announced that the ticket sales will be postponed to 2:45 p.m. the same day. Concert tickets range from 1-6.5 million VND/ticket. Tickets are divided into 3 different categories: SVIP (area closest to the stage, where you can observe Kpop stars), VIP (area in the center of the stage) and CAT (regular tickets with different prices depending on the location).
Previously, the mass ticket scalping situation also caused outrage. Although the tickets had not been opened for sale yet, concert tickets were advertised everywhere. Some social media accounts even released seating charts, along with "100% real ticket commitment", causing many people to transfer deposits, only to lose everything. This could be a trick of professional scam groups, using bots and fake accounts to create a "ticket fever" effect, stimulating the FOMO psychology of fans.
Faced with a wave of ticket scalpers surrounding social networks, the Organizing Committee (OC) of VPBank K-Star Spark 2025 officially issued a warning notice:
“Ticket booking and deposit receiving activities from individuals or other channels and websites that are not on the two official channels are not related to the organizer. This is inaccurate information, showing signs of fraud and taking advantage of the audience's trust for personal gain. The organizers are not responsible for any cases of buying tickets from unofficial channels that are not announced. All detailed information will only be updated on the official channels of Ravolution Asia."

Previously, the number of ticket scalpers appeared more and more, making fans angry.
The organizers also emphasized that audiences should be alert, check information carefully, and immediately contact official media channels if they detect impersonation or ticket sales of unknown origin.
The organizers also caused a stir over the issue of late ticket returns. Even after successful early payment, many fans still did not receive specific information about tickets or seating locations, leading to concerns about the transparency of the distribution process.
Many believe that the delay in ticket distribution is likely to raise questions about fairness, especially in the context of widespread ticket sales and speculation about "preferential tickets" being reserved for celebrities or partners.
The Organizing Committee then responded that after payment, the buyer will receive an email including successful confirmation, ticket class and seat number.
