Preschool teacher in Nam Sach loves children and is responsible for her job

For children's meals and sleep

These days, the weather is hot. Ms. Tuyet's work is busier and more stressful because she is in charge of the children's meals. If not checked and carefully preserved, the food can easily spoil, affecting the children's health.

To ensure that the children have delicious, nutritious and safe meals, Ms. Tuyet advised the school's Board of Directors to find and sign a contract with a reputable food supplier with clear origin, reasonable price and quality.

The daily delivery and receipt of food is witnessed by three parties: the deliverer, the manager and the recipient (nursing staff, people's inspector). Ms. Tuyet always works with the kitchen department to research and change the menu for the children every week, so that the meals are more diverse and full of nutrients.

For many years, Ms. Tuyet has come to school very early every day to receive food. At noon, after the children have finished eating, she checks the food samples to see if they have been properly preserved.

Along with paying attention to the quality of meals, she also pays special attention to the children's naps. She has spent a lot of time observing and finding solutions to help the children sleep well.

Ms. Tuyet’s responsibility for children has contributed to making Thai Tan Kindergarten a “green, clean, safe and friendly” school. For many years, the school’s rate of malnourished children has always been below 1.5% (lower than the district’s average), and there has never been a case of food poisoning or injury in the school.

Over the past school years, she has actively advised on the development and organization of seminars on standard pronunciation of l-n consonants for children, well-prepared 5-year-old children for first grade, and trained teachers in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching...

“As Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell and member of the Party Committee, Ms. Tuyet has always completed all assigned tasks excellently. Comrade Tuyet has many things worth learning, such as always giving correct advice, implementing correctly and having a high sense of responsibility,” commented teacher Vu Thi Hue, Secretary of the Party Cell and Principal of Thai Tan Commune Kindergarten.

When she was young, Ms. Tuyet spent 2 years in the army, stationed in Bac Giang . Her days in the army trained her to be disciplined and not afraid of difficulties and hardships at work.

During the Covid-19 outbreak, Thai Tan was also one of the "epidemic hotbeds" of Nam Sach district. Thai Tan Kindergarten was used by the district as a quarantine site. Ms. Tuyet enthusiastically signed up to be on duty at the Giac bridge. When she was not on duty, she and medical staff took part in taking samples for testing, then transported food to families in quarantine at home. There was a lot of work, she worked day and night.

Or like the recent storm No. 3 in 2024, she also did not mind the hardships to join the local storm prevention and control force...

Currently, every week Ms. Vu Thi Tuyet still has a class to practice professional skills.

Ms. Tuyet's love for children and seriousness in her work have contributed significantly to the achievements of the Party cell and Thai Tan Commune Kindergarten in recent times.

From 2018 to present, Thai Tan Commune Kindergarten has continuously achieved the title of excellent labor collective, including 3 consecutive years as the leading flag of Nam Sach district, in the 2019-2020 school year it was awarded a certificate of merit by the Ministry of Education and Training , in the 2020-2021 school year it was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial People's Committee. From 2014-2023, the school's Party cell has always completed its tasks excellently, and has been commended by the Nam Sach District Party Committee...

Recently, teacher Nguyen Thi Tuyet was awarded a certificate of merit by the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee for her excellent performance in 5 consecutive years (2020 - 2024).
