Opportunities and challenges of AI for young officials in state agencies and enterprises

On the afternoon of April 28, at the Headquarters of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group, the Government Youth Union successfully organized the Seminar "Government Youth - Mastering AI - Mastering the Future" and the Training Workshop "Practical Combat with ChatGPT," with the participation of nearly 200 union members and youth from units under the Government Union and thousands of Youth Union members watching via livestream link.

Attending the program were Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee Lai Xuan Lam; representatives of the Advisory and Support Boards of the Government Party Committee; leaders of VNPT Group; experts, prestigious speakers in the fields of technology, Artificial Intelligence, representatives of Youth Union organizations and a large number of young cadres and youth union members.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the program, Secretary of the Government Youth Union Bui Hoang Tung affirmed that proactively grasping and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not only a requirement of the times, but also a pioneering responsibility of the young generation in the process of national digital transformation, building a digital government, a modern, effective administration, serving the people.

The program brought a lively exchange atmosphere, with contents including the Discussion "Government Youth - Mastering AI - Mastering the Future" focusing on discussing the role, opportunities and challenges of AI for young officials in state agencies and enterprises; practical application of AI in ministries, branches, enterprises and private units; the mindset of "collaborating with AI" instead of fearing being replaced; necessary skills for the young generation to master AI technology.

The training course "Practical combat with ChatGPT" helps youth union members approach and practice AI tools to create and apply AI in text editing, building communication content and optimizing administrative and professional work.

In addition, activities such as the opening clip "How is AI changing the world ?" and the mini game "AI Quick Challenge" that interacts directly on the digital platform created an exciting and engaging atmosphere for the program.

Through seminars and training, union members and young people have been equipped with new awareness and new skills, contributing to promoting the youth innovation movement, affirming the role of the Government's youth force in the journey to conquer technology and master the future./.
