In the stock trading session on June 4, DBC shares of Dabaco Group Corporation suddenly increased to the ceiling price of VND29,650/unit. The liquidity of this code reached more than 26.8 million shares.
In addition to DBC, MML shares of Masan MeatLife Joint Stock Company also increased by 5.15%, to VND34,700/unit.
This is the third consecutive increase of DBC shares and the fourth of MML, after the scandal of CP Vietnam being accused of selling diseased pork. This morning, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment officially requested the Ministry of Public Security to investigate, verify, clarify information spread on social networks and strictly handle organizations and individuals who violate (if any).

In addition to livestock stocks, some real estate stocks also made impressive waves in today's session. Notably, QCG of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai , SCR of TTC Land, CRE of Century Real Estate Joint Stock Company, DXS of Dat Xanh Real Estate Services Company... all hit the ceiling. Of which, QCG stock reached 12,650 VND/unit, the highest in the past 3 months.
Today, the US announced to double the tax on imported steel and aluminum starting from June 4, according to the decree of President Donald Trump. Vietnamese steel industry stocks all decreased in today's session, but the decrease was slight, only VCA decreased by more than 2%, the rest were all below this level. HPG - the leading stock in the steel industry - decreased by 0.19%, HSG - the leading stock in the galvanized steel industry - decreased by 1.22%.
At the end of the trading session, VN-Index decreased by 1.51 points to 1,345.74 points. Liquidity on HoSE floor recorded more than 23,486 billion VND.
Foreign investors almost balanced between buying and selling power. Of which, EIB and DBC were net bought the most. On the contrary, VHM, STB and DXG were net sold the most.
