This is an important step in the digital transformation of the Vietnam Social Insurance industry, aiming to create a modern and easily accessible transaction environment for people, especially in the context of increasingly popular electronic payment methods.

People who want to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance do not need to go directly to the social insurance agency or authorized service organization to collect social insurance and health insurance, but can do so on the Public Service Portal and online applications of some banks to ensure quick and convenient transactions.

To participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance through the National Public Service Portal, people carry out procedures at: https://dichvucong.gov.vn or the Vietnam Social Security Public Service Portal at: https:// dichvucong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn. For online banking applications, people carry out transactions directly on the online application of one of the following banks: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB), Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ( Agribank ), Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Viettinbank) with simple and easy-to-perform operations.
