Novaland projects are under implementation

If the transaction is completed, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon's daughter will increase her ownership of Novaland shares from nearly 2.3 million (0.117%) to 46.8 million shares (accounting for 2.399% of charter capital).

In the trading session on February 7, NVL shares closed at VND14,600/share. At this price, Ms. Quynh had to spend nearly VND650 billion to buy NVL shares.

At the same time, Mr. Bui Xuan Huy, a member of the Board of Directors of Novaland, registered to sell nearly 15 million NVL shares by negotiation. If completed, Mr. Bui Xuan Huy will reduce his ownership ratio at Novaland to 2.964% of charter capital, meaning he still holds 57.8 million NVL shares.

Regarding Novaland's restructuring activities, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon recently returned to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and reduced the number of members of the Board of Directors from 7 to 5. Mr. Nhon's return to Novaland is part of the restructuring project that NovaGroup - Novaland's largest shareholder - is implementing to ensure stable production and business activities.
