On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the successful August Revolution, the 78th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2023), the 18th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2023) towards celebrating the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Also at the ceremony this morning, the delegation of leaders of the Provincial Police Party Committee led by Colonel Le Van Quy - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police came to offer flowers and incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the National Historical Site of Security Department of Zone IX.

At the National Historical Site of the Security Department of Zone IX with its rich revolutionary tradition, which marks the proud feats of arms of the army and people of Kien Giang in the fight against foreign invaders, the Party Committee - Public Security Department of Kien Giang province organized the 78th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2023) and visited and presented gifts to households in difficult circumstances in U Minh Thuong district and the grassroots Public Security force.

The Party Committee - Board of Directors of Kien Giang Provincial Police presented 100 gifts to households in difficult circumstances and grassroots police officers.

In the past time, the people in Kien Giang province in general and the people of U Minh Thuong district in particular have always supported and helped the People's Public Security force, especially the grassroots Public Security force, to ensure security and order in the locality. Through that, many individuals have had outstanding achievements in the movement of the whole people protecting the security of the Fatherland.

Colonel Le Van Quy - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Party Secretary, Deputy Director of Provincial Police presented gifts to households in difficult circumstances.

In today's ceremony, in order to promptly encourage and share with households in difficult circumstances and the grassroots police force, the Party Committee - Board of Directors of Kien Giang Provincial Police presented 100 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND including cash and necessities. Although the value of each gift is not large, it is a spiritual gift from Kien Giang Provincial Police to the people and the grassroots police force, hoping that the comrades will try their best to overcome difficulties to complete their tasks well.

At the same time, we respectfully hope that households in difficult circumstances will try to make a living, rise out of poverty, and always trust, support, and join the grassroots police force in actively participating in the movement of the entire people to protect national security.
