Previously, at around 6:30 p.m. on April 11, immediately after receiving a report from local residents regarding a video clip of child abuse in Que My commune, Que Son district, Que My commune police coordinated with the provincial police investigation agency to examine the scene (the children's classroom).

In addition, temporarily detained and sealed 1 camera memory card, 1 plastic bar and related objects.

At the same time, a working group was sent to coordinate the transfer of NPĐ.K. to the hospital for examination and determination of injuries.

On the night of April 11, Que My Commune Police invited Ms. NNUL (24 years old), the owner of the private nursery and also the person who committed the act of violence against the children as shown in the clip, to work.

Initial verification results determined that at around 11:55 a.m. on April 11, at the Con Cung children's group in Que My commune, owned by Ms. L., while watching the children go to bed, Ms. L. abused NLHN (2 years old) and NPĐ.K. (2 years old), threatening them to stop crying and go to sleep.

The incident was recorded by a camera in the children's classroom and at around 6:30 p.m. the same day, NPĐ.K.'s parents posted it on Facebook and reported it to the police.

At the police station, Ms. L. admitted all her wrongdoings. The case is being further investigated and strictly handled by the Office of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency in coordination with Que My Commune Police.

As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , on April 11, social media was abuzz with a clip about child abuse at Con Cung kindergarten in Que My commune, where two children were grabbed by the legs and beaten by a teacher, who stuffed a wooden stick into their mouths.

Accordingly, the clip at 11:55 a.m. the same day recorded a group of children sleeping.

A woman went up to grab the legs of a baby lying down, and used a wooden object to hit the baby's legs many times, causing the baby to cry out.

Then the woman turned to the children sleeping behind her and continued to grab another child's legs, also using a wooden stick to hit his feet.

The woman then continued to use a wooden stick to stuff into the baby's mouth while the baby was also crying.

Ms. TTT (24 years old, residing in Phuoc Chanh village, Que My commune, mother of one of the two abused children) said that after watching the clip of her child being beaten, Ms. T. called Ms. L., the owner of the facility.

Then she came home crying, apologizing, and asking for forgiveness from her family. However, her family did not accept her apology and reported it to the police.

The Que My commune government has announced the suspension of this private childcare group. The case is currently being handed over to the police for investigation and strict handling according to regulations.
