On October 18, Tinh Bien Ward Police (An Giang Province) said they were detaining and investigating Tran Thien Thanh (born in 1998, permanent residence in Xuan Hoa Hamlet, Tinh Bien Ward) for stealing electric wires.

At the investigation agency, Thanh confessed to stealing electric wires in several areas in the area (a total of 8 times). Afterwards, he took the stolen electric wires and burned them to get the copper cores to sell for personal expenses.

Currently, the case is being continued to be investigated and clarified by Tinh Bien Ward Police.
