Thanh Hoa Provincial Police begin construction on two key projects.

On December 16th, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Department held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Provincial Police Detention Center; the headquarters of the Mobile Police Unit; and the barracks and training facility for the Reserve Mobile Police Regiment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Thai Quang Hoang , Deputy Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, emphasized that the commencement of these projects is of great significance, demonstrating the timely guidance and attention of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security , the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Police regarding the investment in building working facilities for the units. This is also a concrete step in implementing Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Decision No. 2858/QD-TU of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on building a clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern Thanh Hoa Police force.

To ensure the project is completed on time, with guaranteed quality and progress, Colonel Tran Thai Quang Hoang The relevant units are required to coordinate closely with the construction unit, concentrate human and material resources, strictly adhere to technical procedures, ensure labor safety, and closely supervise so that the project is built according to design and achieves the highest efficiency of use.

The Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Detention Center, located in Dong Son ward, was approved by the Minister of Public Security with a total investment of over 481 billion VND, of which 381 billion VND came from the Ministry of Public Security and 100 billion VND from the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee. The project includes many components such as : staff quarters, detention areas, auxiliary facilities and technical infrastructure.

The headquarters of the Mobile Police Department and the training base for the Reserve Mobile Police Regiment of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Department were built in Ham Rong ward, with a total investment of over 379 billion VND. The project includes many components aimed at ensuring working, living, and standby conditions for officers and soldiers; while also serving training, combat readiness, and as a training center for regulations, military skills , and martial arts for the provincial police force.

The simultaneous construction of these two key projects is an important step in preparing the infrastructure, creating a foundation for the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police force to improve management and training efficiency and be ready to effectively carry out the task of ensuring security and order in the coming period.
