Announcing the project "My Homeland"

Architect Le Viet Hai has announced the project "My Homeland Globe", with the foundation of peace education for future generations.

Architect Le Viet Hai has spent many years pondering and 5 years researching to come up with an initiative towards building a peaceful world through education. This project identifies education as the core key, contributing to changing people's thinking, overcoming all cultural, political and religious boundaries.

The project "My Homeland" is built on the philosophy that each person is first a citizen of the Earth, then a citizen of a specific country. From this philosophy, earlyeducation about peace for the next generation will contribute to reducing conflicts based on geographical or ideological boundaries.

“I hope that every child growing up will not have to witness the scenes of war and conflict like what I experienced. Each person participating in the war has their own reasons. But we need to understand that, before being citizens of a country, we are already citizens of the world. The mindset of prioritizing national interests above all else must be completely changed. And I believe that only educating the young generation can do that,” Mr. Le Viet Hai confided.

The project will be implemented with 7 key contents, including: Establishing the "My Homeland Globe" Fund; publishing the book "My Homeland Globe" in 7 languages ​​and free online; establishing a multicultural, interdisciplinary "Global Citizenship Education Program" Drafting Council; communicating and mobilizing all levels of the public to support the project.
