BHG - On the afternoon of September 11, the State Treasury of Ha Giang organized the announcement of the Decision on personnel work. Attending and congratulating were comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of agencies in the Planning - Finance Emulation Bloc; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Provincial People's Committee Office.

At the announcement ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Decisions of the State Treasury on temporary transfer and appointment of civil servants to leadership positions. Accordingly, comrade Dang Kim Lien, Deputy Director of the State Treasury of Tuyen Quang was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the State Treasury of Ha Giang; comrade Han Viet Son, Head of the State Accounting Department - Chief Accountant (operations) of the State Treasury of Ha Giang was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the State Treasury of Ha Giang.

Promote administrative reform, increase payment through public services, determined to achieve the target of disbursing public investment capital. Effectively implement payment and recovery of advance capital, ensuring that public investment capital is truly effective when disbursed. For agencies in the Planning - Finance Sector, it is necessary to promote the spirit of solidarity, close coordination and responsibility to continue advising on flexible and effective state budget management, ensuring the balance of state budget revenue and expenditure in all situations; complete the targets and plans for 2024 and the period of 2021 - 2025.
