  - On the afternoon of April 25, at the Khon Pat village cultural house, Mai Pha commune, Lang Son City People's Committee held a conference to announce Decision No. 832/QD-UBND of the City People's Committee on approving the detailed planning for the construction of Lang Son Provincial Sports Complex, scale 1/500.

Accordingly, the Provincial Sports Complex is implemented in Mai Pha commune. This is a complex of sports, cultural and service facilities to serve the organization of events and provincial sports competitions with a capacity of about 32,000 people. The complex has an area of about 48.03 hectares with specific boundaries as follows: the East borders the planned route; the West borders National Highway 1A; the South borders the planned route; the North borders the planned route.

People raised questions about the project implementation time.

Regarding landscape architecture space, the complex includes sports facilities such as: stadium, multi-purpose gymnasium, swimming pool...; specialist housing area and athlete housing area are arranged separately; green park area combined with outdoor sports, isolated green trees; other infrastructure such as parking lot, wastewater treatment station...

At the conference, after listening to the representative of the City People's Committee announce the approval decision, the people expressed some opinions on the contents such as: expected time of construction implementation; time of project boundary marker installation... The opinions of the people were specifically answered by representatives of specialized units right at the conference. Thereby, the people basically agreed with the planning contents.

The detailed planning map for the construction of the Provincial Sports Complex is publicly posted at the headquarters of the Mai Pha Commune People's Committee and the cultural house of Khon Pat village, Mai Pha commune.
