In 2024, with the spirit of determination, drasticness, high responsibility of all levels and sectors, along with the consensus, support and active participation of the people and the business community, the socio-economic situation in Kon Tum province continues to develop, many important indicators of the province increased compared to the same period. The total product in the province GRDP is estimated to increase by 8.02%; total state budget revenue in the area is estimated at about 4,425 billion VND, up 31.24% over the same period last year; total state budget expenditure is estimated at 12,554 billion VND, up 32.53% over the same period last year; investment capital implemented in the area at current prices is estimated at 27,560 billion VND in 2024, up 18.58% over the same period last year; the production index of the whole industry increased by 10.08%; Total retail sales of goods and service revenue in the province are estimated at more than 39,270 billion VND, an increase of nearly 15% over the same period last year; the consumer price index (CPI) in 2024 increased by 2.76% over the previous year.
