Announcement and award of decision to appoint Deputy Director of Legal Department

On the morning of November 13, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Vo Van Hung chaired the ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to receive and appoint the Deputy Director of the Legal Department.

On behalf of the Ministry's leadership, Deputy Minister Vo Van Hung sent congratulations to Mr. Pham Quang Hung personally and congratulated the Legal Department on having a new leader.

According to Deputy Minister Vo Van Hung, Mr. Pham Quang Hung is a well-trained officer, has held leadership positions, and has a lot of experience in local management. During his time working, he has always been evaluated by agencies and units as having completed assigned tasks well, demonstrating his capacity and leadership and management thinking, especially his ability to synthesize, advise, and serve the direction and operation work.

Carrying out the assignment of the Minister, Mr. Pham Quang Hung was transferred to work at the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Legal Department.

In the new position, the workload will be very large, with many complex and sensitive tasks, while the management areas of the Ministry and the industry are posing high requirements and demands, Mr. Pham Quang Hung's tasks in advisory work are even heavier. This is both an honor and an opportunity, a challenge, and at the same time requires him to quickly grasp, continue to make many efforts, promote his capacity and strengths, and contribute to advisory work, synthesizing legal work to serve the direction and operation of the Ministry's leaders.
