In the period of 2020-2025, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union has achieved many outstanding results: Establishing 36 grassroots trade unions, recruiting nearly 29,000 union members. Every year, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union actively coordinates with business owners to strictly implement labor regimes, policies and laws; coordinates with all levels, sectors and businesses to mobilize gifts for workers and laborers on holidays, New Year and in times of difficulty and hardship, with a total budget of nearly 100 billion VND. At the same time, it has built and presented 7 "union shelters" and mobilized hundreds of millions of VND for the Trade Union Social Fund. The Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union has also effectively implemented the "1 million initiatives" program with more than 4,300 initiatives participating.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Do Thanh Lai and Chairman of the Provincial Industrial Zones Trade Union Tran Ba ​​Loi awarded prizes to outstanding collectives and individuals.
