Public, democratic, creating consensus among the people

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing the collection of public opinions on the Project to merge the three provinces of Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh , and Phu Tho to establish a new province called Phu Tho province; the Project to rearrange commune-level administrative units in 2025 of Vinh Phuc province, localities in the province have actively deployed the collection of voters' opinions; promoted propaganda, dissemination of policies, plans and contents related to the rearrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels, creating consensus among all cadres, party members and people.

Merger is not only a reorganization of the apparatus, but also an opportunity to renew the local appearance. Therefore, 100% of households in Residential Group No. 1, Hai Ba Trung Ward agreed to support the project to rearrange administrative units at the provincial and communal levels. Immediately after being directly propagandized by the Party Cell Secretary, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung, Residential Group No. 1, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Phuc Yen City agreed to support the policy of the Party and State through this opinion ballot.

The People's Committee of Hai Ba Trung Ward has directed and assigned specific tasks to each organization and individual to focus on implementing propaganda work on policies and directive documents of all levels on the arrangement of administrative units at the provincial and communal levels. In the spirit of openness and transparency, more than 4,300 voters representing households in 18 residential groups of the ward were organized to collect opinions. Of which, over 99% of voters in the ward agreed.

Although the consultation took place in a short time, the residential area was large and the population was large, but thanks to the efforts of the members of the consultation team in the villages and residential groups, the organization of the consultation in localities throughout the province was conducted openly, democratically, and in accordance with the law. The consensus and trust of voters is an important basis for building a streamlined, strong, and effective administrative apparatus in the coming time./.
