The Provincial Federation of Labor identified the motto of "emulation towards the grassroots" as the key factor for the movement to go into depth and promote real effectiveness. In that spirit, trade unions at all levels in the province have proactively linked the emulation movement with the implementation of political tasks of each industry, each locality and unit; at the same time, selected content appropriate to each field of activity. The movement was deployed in conjunction with major campaigns and emulation movements of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial People's Committee such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public work, good at housework", the movement "Higher productivity, better quality" in the production and business sector; the movement "Improving medical ethics, serving patients" of the health sector; the movement to build a team of "Loyal, responsible, honest, creative" cadres, civil servants and public employees in the administrative sector; The movement "Teach well, learn well", "Build friendly schools, active students" of the education sector... The harmonious combination of movements has created a vibrant and widespread competitive atmosphere. Through that, the team of employees has the conditions to promote their capacity, sense of responsibility, and creativity to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
The commendation work has always been focused on by trade unions at all levels to be carried out publicly, transparently and based on clear criteria, suitable to the characteristics of each agency and unit. The timely honoring of outstanding collectives and individuals has created great motivation for employees to compete, strive to complete tasks, and be creative in work. From the movement, many good models and new ways of doing things have been formed and replicated, increasing the effectiveness of implementation. Up to now, the whole province has built 122 typical models and 135 works, products, and tasks to welcome the Trade Union Congresses at all levels. Of which, the grassroots level has 42 models, the level directly above the grassroots has 122 models; the provincial level has selected 5 works with signs to welcome the 20th Thanh Hoa Trade Union Congress and the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
An important highlight that contributes to affirming the vitality of the movement is the strong development of initiatives among the workforce. The whole province has recorded 86,690 initiatives and topics with a value of up to hundreds of billions of VND. Many initiatives are highly applicable, bringing about clear efficiency in production, business and professional work, contributing to improving labor productivity, improving working processes, saving costs and time. In industrial parks, many enterprises effectively maintain meaningful models such as the model "3V - for trade union organizations, for workers, for the sustainable development of enterprises", "Worker culture corner", Book club with workers, Club for pregnant women and raising young children... Some grassroots unions have implemented training programs such as: "Improving foreign language proficiency for grassroots trade union officials" at the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd.; “Improving the quality of negotiations to build salary scales, labor norms and dialogue activities at the workplace” at Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd; “Quality Olympic Movement” at Rollsport Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd... At Lam Son Sugarcane Joint Stock Company, the emulation movement to promote initiatives and technical improvements is strongly maintained, contributing to helping the enterprise complete 100% of economic and technical targets in each pressing season. At Hop Luc Joint Stock Corporation, the emulation movement to transform the digital system in the health system and innovate the style of serving patients is bringing about clear results, aiming at people's satisfaction and improving the quality of health services.

In addition, trade unions at all levels always pay attention to taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers through the programs "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", "Support Fund for union members and workers of Thanh Hoa Trade Union"... These timely support activities help workers overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, work with peace of mind and have more trust and attachment to the trade union organization. It is the combination of professional competition and practical care that has created a sustainable motivation for workers to proactively and actively respond to the movement.
It can be affirmed that the emulation movement "Pioneering workers and employees to realize the aspiration to build a civilized and prosperous Thanh Hoa homeland" has become an important driving force, arousing the spirit of creativity, self-reliance and self-reliance of the workers and employees, contributing to improving labor productivity and affirming the position of the trade union organization. This is also the foundation for Thanh Hoa to continue realizing the goal of becoming a new growth pole of the North Central region and the whole country in the coming years.
