Yen Bai Power Company (PC Yen Bai) is currently managing and operating 7 110kV transformer stations (TSAs) with 21 lines with a total length of more than 420 km; 55 medium voltage lines with a total length of 2,300 km and 2,525 km of low voltage lines maintaining power supply to more than 250,000 customers across the province.

According to statistics, the highest electricity consumption in January 2025 was 291.5 MW, an increase of 29.5% over the same period in 2024. In order to maintain the efficiency of stable grid operation in February and the first quarter of 2025, Yen Bai PC has set out key tasks such as: Reviewing operating parameters in January of the entire grid and electrical equipment at all voltage levels of the Company's grid system and at the same time having a plan to connect and optimally operate the grid in the area to ensure the reliability of power supply to customers.

Develop a model plan for handling incidents on medium-voltage lines in 2025 to provide flow charts for organizing incident handling as well as arranging human resources, tools, equipment and materials with the motto of handling quickly, safely and quickly restoring power to the loads.

In addition, the Company also carries out construction of power projects in the area to put them into operation in time to serve power supply in the first quarter and prepare for ensuring power supply in the hot season of 2025.

In addition, the Company requires operating units to proactively overcome existing problems in the power grid and transmission line equipment and substations to ensure safety and stable power supply. At the same time, continue to strictly comply with procedures and regulations on occupational safety and hygiene to successfully complete assigned tasks.
