The National Digital Transformation Agency (Ministry of Science and Technology) has just announced the results of the assessment of electronic information portals and electronic information pages of state agencies in 2024. Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance ranked 1/30 electronic information portals of ministries and branches, and Thai Nguyen ranked 1/63 electronic information portals of provinces and cities.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance, Vietnam Social Security (now under the Ministry of Finance), the Ministry of Planning and Investment (now the Ministry of Finance), the Ministry of Information and Communications (now the Ministry of Science and Technology) and the Government Office are the 5 agencies with the most visits in the Ministry and sector. Of which, the Ministry of Finance ranks 1/30 of the electronic information portals of ministries and sectors.
The Government Inspectorate, the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises (now under the Ministry of Finance), Vietnam News Agency, and Vietnam Television are the five agencies with the lowest number of visits among ministries and branches.
In the local block, Thai Nguyen, Da Nang, Hue, Nam Dinh, Nghe An, Binh Dinh, Bac Giang, Binh Duong, Ca Mau, Quang Ngai are the 10 provinces and cities with the most accessed electronic information portals. Among them, Thai Nguyen Provincial Information Portal is at the top.
The National Digital Transformation Authority proactively conducts all assessments independently from the competent authorities of the Electronic Information Portal and component electronic information pages.
Evaluation criteria include: Reviewing and checking compliance with coding, connecting to the Monitoring and Measurement System for the provision and use of Digital Government services (EMC System); evaluating and ranking electronic information portals according to the number of visits based on data collected by the EMC System...
