Eating with Mrs. Tuyet Company announces dissolution

(Dan Tri) - The An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company - the owner of a number of products under the brand "An Cung Ba Tuyet" - has dissolved due to business difficulties.

According to information from the National Business Registration Portal, An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, headquartered in An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi, has just officially completed the dissolution procedures. The business registration agency has updated the legal status of the enterprise.

Regarding the reason for dissolution, the announcement stated that after a period of operation, the company could not find a market and its business activities encountered many difficulties. The company no longer needed to operate its business.

Previously, on January 16, the company sent a document to the Hanoi Business Registration Office regarding the dissolution of the enterprise for the above reason. The company requested the competent authority to notify the status of the enterprise in the process of dissolution, post the dissolution decision and meeting minutes. The enterprise commits to take full responsibility before the law for the legality, accuracy and honesty of the content of the notification.

According to the minutes of the shareholders' meeting on January 16, the company's four shareholders, Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong, who owns 330,000 shares, Mr. Pham Hai Duong, who owns 30,000 shares, Mr. Do Thanh Nho, who owns 15,000 shares, and Mr. Le Hoang Vu Long, who owns 125,000 shares, have unanimously decided to dissolve the company.

The enterprise also stated that it had paid all financial obligations to the State, insurance obligations to insurance agencies, obligations to employees and other obligations before ceasing operations.

An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company was established in May 2023. Its main business line is food wholesale. The company is headed by Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong (born in 1999) as Director and Legal Representative.

The company had an initial charter capital of VND2 billion, of which Mr. Truong contributed VND1.7 billion (equivalent to 85% of the capital), Mr. Pham Hai Duong and Mr. Do Thanh Nho each contributed 7.5% of the capital, equivalent to VND150 million/person. By October 2023, the company increased its capital to VND5 billion, the proportion of shareholders contributing capital was not disclosed.

Eating with Mrs. Tuyet is a quite famous snack brand on social networking platforms associated with the image of "Mrs. Tuyet" (real name is Do Thi Tuyet) who is also the brand representative.

This brand has products such as boneless chicken feet, snacks, cheese chicken thighs, spicy toothpicks... Many products have achieved hundreds of thousands of successful sales on the TikTok Shop platform. For example, the combo of 20 packs of boneless spicy chicken feet priced at 168,000-198,000 VND reached nearly 225,000 sales; the combo of 2 jars of spicy toothpick snacks and 2 jars of chicken thighs priced at 99,000 VND reached more than 238,000 sales...

The TikTok channel Eating with Mrs. Tuyet currently has 2.8 million followers. The Trading and Service Joint Stock Company Eating with Mrs. Tuyet owns a number of products of the brand Eating with Mrs. Tuyet such as "corn cheese chicken thighs" and "Mrs. Tuyet boneless chicken feet".

Recently, on social networks, there was a rumor that the channel An Cung Ba Tuyet had locked the shopping cart during the peak month of fighting against counterfeit, fake, and poor quality goods... After that, Ms. Do Thi Tuyet posted a video on the TikTok channel An Cung Ba Tuyet with 2.8 million followers to clarify.

Accordingly, Ms. Tuyet said that this account with 2.8 million followers had its shopping cart locked since 2023. Since then, she has been doing business on the account with 1.7 million followers. According to Ms. Tuyet, this channel livestreams daily and sells products normally.

Previously, the brand An Cung Ba Tuyet was involved in a scandal over the quality of its products. Last April, customers complained that Ms. Tuyet's boneless chicken feet were undercooked and had a strange smell. In March 2024, another customer also reported finding a foreign object in a product of this brand.

Although the An Cung Ba Tuyet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company has been dissolved, Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong's individual business is still operating normally.
