The transaction is expected to take place from June 12 to July 11 by order matching or negotiation. PDR shares are currently priced at VND17,650, and Mr. Danh is expected to earn about VND60 billion when the transaction is completed. If Mr. Danh successfully divests, the total ownership ratio of Mr. Nguyen Van Dat's family at Phat Dat will decrease from 48.27% to 47.88%. Mr. Dat is still the largest shareholder, directly owning more than 333 million shares, equivalent to 38.15% of capital. Phat Dat Holdings Company Limited, of which Mr. Dat is Chairman of the Board of Directors, holds 9.05% of capital.

Similarly, Mr. Pham Thu - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon Real Estate Corporation (stock code SGR) registered to sell 9.8 million SGR shares to reduce ownership from more than 27.83 million shares (equivalent to 39.8% of charter capital) to more than 18 million shares (equivalent to 25.8% of charter capital). The transaction is expected to be carried out from June 9 to July 7 through negotiated transactions and order matching transactions on the floor.

Notably, on May 7, Mr. Pham Thu bought more than 9.87 million SGR shares in the company's private issuance at VND40,000/share to increase his ownership to 39.8% of charter capital. The number of shares issued privately is restricted from transfer within 1 year. Thus, after more than 1 month of buying shares in the private issuance, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SGR wanted to sell 9.8 million shares - these are freely transferable shares that he held before the private issuance. Currently, the price of SGR shares is trading around VND30,400/share and it is estimated that the Chairman of the Board of Directors will earn about VND298 billion if the sale is successful.

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (stock code HBC) has just announced that a member of the board of directors, General Director Le Van Nam, has successfully sold all 123,700 shares and currently holds no shares. This transaction was made right after he had just sold 500,000 HBC shares at the end of May.

At No Va Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company ( Novaland - stock code NVL), NovaGroup Joint Stock Company, a major shareholder and an organization related to Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novaland, has just sold 3.5 million shares from May 19 to June 13, by order matching method. After the transaction, NovaGroup still holds more than 335 million NVL shares, equivalent to 17.2% of charter capital.
