Technical safety inspections are carried out to ensure that the equipment fully meets the safety standards prescribed by Vietnamese law, specifically Circular 36/2019/TT-BLDTBXH on the list of machinery, equipment, and materials with strict requirements on labor safety. The goal is to ensure operational safety, prevent incidents that may endanger workers and affect production activities.
Accordingly, 45 items of equipment to be inspected include cranes, tower cranes, mobile cranes for lifting and moving heavy materials; electric winches and manual winches with a load capacity of 1,000 kg or more, used in equipment operation and maintenance; pressure vessels with a rated working pressure higher than 0.7 bar, including compressed air tanks, liquefied gas tanks and some other special equipment in the list of strict requirements according to regulations.
With the orientation of sustainable development associated with social responsibility, this inspection activity not only demonstrates TMP's efforts in ensuring labor safety but also contributes to improving the reliability of the equipment system, ensuring safe and efficient electricity production, and maintaining stable power supply to the national power system.
