The simulated drill situation was given: Due to the impact of storms and rains, the provinces in the North Central region, including Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh, caused extreme weather phenomena such as tornadoes and heavy rains over a large area lasting for many days. The tornadoes and heavy rains caused floodwaters on rivers in Cam Thuy district to rise, causing flooding of traffic routes and incidents with lines and equipment at Cam Thuy 110kV substation. At the same time, it caused a 22kV line incident on Route 471E9.38 of Cam Thuy 110kV substation, interrupting power supply, including important loads and priority loads with 8 simulated fault points such as: Replacing broken porcelain at the pole, erecting a new pole, testing the transformer before energizing... and a simulated accident situation in which a worker slipped into a lake while checking the fault line.
The drill process always received the attention and close direction of Mr. Le Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company, Head of the Steering Committee for the drill program on natural disaster prevention, control, search and rescue, incident handling, safety, and information technology at the company level in 2025.

The Company has directed the power units to manage and operate: Thanh Hoa High Voltage Grid Enterprise to participate in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters of the 110 kV power grid; mobilize additional human resources from Ngoc Lac - Lang Chanh Regional Power Company, Yen Dinh Power Company, Vinh Loc Power Company, Ba Thuoc Power Company, Thach Thanh Power Company and cars of 5 units carrying tools and materials for the drill to participate in supporting the work of overcoming natural disasters with Cam Thuy Power Company.
Mr. Le Thanh Binh, Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Electricity Company, Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 company-level disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, incident handling, safety, and information technology drill program, delivered a concluding speech on the drill program.
From the close coordination between units, the drill was carried out in a systematic and correct manner, contributing significantly to improving the professional skills and style of the direct production force, ensuring the safety of people and equipment when handling incidents caused by natural disasters. At the same time, strengthening the ability to command and operate, strictly complying with technical procedures, safety in managing and operating the power grid...
