Accordingly, the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly is scheduled to open on October 20 and close on December 12, 2025, the last session of the term. The National Assembly will consider and pass 42 draft laws and many important resolutions, including specific mechanisms and policies on education - training, health care, and international integration. The National Assembly will also decide on the socio-economic development plan and state budget for 2026; discuss the summary report of the 2021-2026 term, and contribute comments on documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
Regarding the city's socio-economic situation, in the first 9 months of 2025, Hue achieved many outstanding results. GRDP is estimated to increase by 9.06%, leading the North Central region and entering the top 10 nationwide for the first time. Tourism has strongly recovered with nearly 5 million visitors, total revenue of more than 9,600 billion VND; industry grew by 17.5%, exports reached 1.13 billion USD; budget revenue reached nearly 10,650 billion VND, up 22% over the same period. In addition, Thuan An voters proposed upgrading bridges and early implementation of coastal routes to create momentum for tourism, service and marine economic development; at the same time, investing in flood drainage systems and open drainage channels to minimize flooding during the rainy and stormy season.
