The men's football tournament to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security Technical Force will take place over 10 days, with the participation of 150 athletes who are officers and soldiers from the Public Security of units and localities, including: Department of Cyber Security and Prevention of High-Tech Crime, Offline Department, Immigration Department, Guard Command, Technical Department of the Public Security of Hanoi City , Nam Dinh, Tuyen Quang, Ha Nam, Quang Ninh.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the leader of the Department of Technical Services of the Ministry of Public Security emphasized that over the years, the Party Committee and leaders of the Department of Technical Services have regularly paid attention to and directed the promotion of physical training and sports , health training, improving physical strength, bravery and fighting spirit for officers and soldiers. The movement of physical training and sports has become an indispensable cultural and spiritual need in the lives of officers and soldiers of the unit. Through the physical training and sports activities at the unit, many excellent athletes have been discovered and trained, participating in and winning high prizes at sports competitions organized by the Ministry of Public Security. Thereby, it is affirmed that this men's football tournament will contribute to promoting the physical training and sports movement in the People's Public Security in general and in the Technical Services force in particular; requesting the referee team and athletes to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship, fairness, objectivity, and dedication for the overall success of the tournament.
