The Drug Administration of Vietnam transferred the complaint against TikToker Chu Thanh Huyen to the Hanoi Market Management Department.

According to the Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health), on April 2, the department received a complaint from a citizen accusing Ms. Chu Thanh Huyen of selling Ohui Prime rose water cosmetics (Korea) without a Vietnamese sub-label, without issuing a sales invoice, showing signs of consuming smuggled goods and tax evasion.

According to the regulations on the process of handling complaints, denunciations, petitions and reflections, the Department of Drug Administration forwards citizens' petitions to the Hanoi Market Management Department and the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade for consideration and settlement in accordance with the law and notifies the Department of Drug Administration and citizens of the results.

Recently, Chu Thanh Huyen (born in 2000) is not only known as the wife of football player Quang Hai but also a prominent face on social networks with a large number of followers. She often livestreams to sell products from cosmetics to milk for children.

Previously, Chu Thanh Huyen was criticized for "recklessly" advertising milk for children under 24 months old. She also attracted attention for many cases of advertising products with incorrect uses on livestream sales sessions.
