Hai Duong Tax Department held an online conference to guide, support and accompany taxpayers in tax settlement in 2024.

On February 21, Hai Duong Tax Department held an online conference to guide, support, and accompany taxpayers in making tax finalization in 2024 on the department's website.

Accordingly, taxpayers can access the website: http://haiduong.gdt.gov.vn to ask questions to receive immediate support from the tax authority. For problems beyond its authority, the Hai Duong Tax Department will compile and report to the competent authority for timely resolution.

Time for receiving questions on the website is from 8:00 a.m. on February 17 to 3:00 p.m. on February 21, 2025; time for answering and providing online support is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on February 21, 2025. The dialogue conference attracted over 11,000 interactions, including over 4,000 taxpayers interacting online, receiving 127 questions. By 4:30 p.m. on February 21, the Provincial Tax Department had answered 100% of taxpayers' questions and concerns online.

All 127 questions were answered during the conference.

The questions focus on contents related to invoices, documents, value added tax declaration, corporate income, personal income...

Some outstanding questions such as: registering tax codes for dependents; income deductible for family circumstances; personal income tax for house and property lessors; declaring and settling personal income tax for real estate transfers, for seasonal workers; registering dependent tax codes; duplication of personal tax codes with other individuals; tax policies for manufacturing enterprises; reasonable costs when calculating corporate income tax... are all answered.
