The People's Committee of Dai Loc district (Quang Nam province) has just coordinated with Hoa Thuan Joint Stock Auction Company to organize an auction of mineral exploitation rights for 3 sand mines in the district on June 19 to supply and stabilize the construction sand market in Quang Nam province and Da Nang city.
However, compared to the starting price, the winning auction price of the 3 sand mines increased 65 times, 316 times and 105 times respectively; the converted price of the right to exploit sand (excluding many types of taxes, fees, costs...) is higher than the current market price of sand. Accordingly, the DL2 mine, Giang Hoa village, Dai Thang commune, has the winning auction price for the right to exploit sand as a common construction material of more than 491.719 billion VND, 484 billion VND higher than the starting price (7.598 billion VND); the converted price of the right to exploit sand is 622,429 VND/m3 (excluding taxes and fees such as: resource tax, environmental protection fee, environmental restoration deposit, value added tax, corporate income, exploration costs, mine construction investment costs, machinery, equipment, labor, road construction, weighing stations, land lease...).
The DL11 mine in Ha Nha and Vinh Phuoc villages, Dai Dong commune, had a winning bid of over VND319.992 billion, VND316.53 billion higher than the starting price (VND3.462 billion); the converted price for sand mining rights is VND888,869/m3. The DL12B mine in Truong An village and DL12B1 in Phu Huong village, Dai Quang commune, had a winning bid of VND129.634 billion, VND128.4 billion higher than the starting price (VND1.234 billion); the converted price for sand mining rights is VND779,046/m3.
