Tax Department guides on using existing stamps after restructuring the organization

A source from the Tax Department of Region XIII said that the Tax Department has just issued Official Dispatch 1171/CT-TVQT guiding the use of remaining seals after restructuring the Tax sector's organization.

Accordingly, in order to save costs, avoid wasting public assets and ensure that the issuance and sale of tax receipts by tax authorities take place continuously, without interruption, and without affecting the transactions of people and businesses, the Tax Department allows the continued use of stamps printed and issued by units under the Tax sector before the time of restructuring the apparatus.

The use of these seals will be carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring legality, avoiding causing inconvenience to taxpayers and maintaining stability in the professional operations of tax authorities during the transition period.
