The Tax Department strives to perfect the Experience Portal for business households.

Deputy Director Mai Son gave a speech at the meeting on the implementation of the completion of the Experience Portal for business households.

According to Deputy Director Mai Son, in order to implement the 60-day peak plan to convert the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households, the Tax Department always accompanies and provides substantial and effective support for business households to make a smooth transition. Therefore, the Tax Department has conducted research to establish an Experience Portal for business households, thereby helping business households and individuals to quickly grasp changes in tax management regulations for business households in the electronic environment.

At the meeting, representatives of the Technology, Digital Transformation and Automation Department reported on the progress, expected implementation plan and presented the features that the research unit had upgraded and added to the application for previously declared households and performed experimental operations.

Based on the presentations and introductions of the Technology, Digital Transformation and Automation Board, representatives of the Boards and units discussed, gave frank comments and proposed a number of solutions to help households and individuals do business more easily and conveniently.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Director Mai Son requested that the Technology, Digital Transformation and Automation Department, the host unit, continue to closely coordinate with the Departments, professional units and Tax of the province and city to quickly supplement and complete the features of the Experience Portal. The Deputy Director raised some specific requirements such as:

Firstly, in the process of research and completion, the Boards and units must put themselves in the position of households and individuals doing business and experiencing it, so that the new features that can be completed must be practical, simple, easy to use and the experience environment must be guaranteed to be like a real environment.

Second, the Departments and professional units need to urgently complete the simplest forms and declarations and must ensure the most integrated information requirements to support the household and individual business sector to easily implement.

Third, the Portal interface needs to be built in a minimalist way so that businesses and individuals can experience a friendly, easy-to-use, and easy-to-operate experience.

Fourth, improve interaction and feedback with households and individual businesses and receive reviews and comments on the Experience Portal.

Fifth, build a set of detailed instructions to support households and individual businesses to have an easy and convenient experience.

Deputy Director Mai Son suggested that, in parallel with the work of completing the Portal, the Technology, Digital Transformation and Automation Department should coordinate with the Departments and units to develop a training plan for the entire industry to guide the implementation of the Portal. At the same time, urgently speed up the progress of upgrading application systems and features to support business households and taxpayers on the eTax Mobile application.
