In his concluding remarks at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Manh Huan summarized the outstanding achievements and results that the Department of Motorcycles and Transport has achieved in the past 5 years; pointed out the remaining shortcomings and limitations, requiring agencies and units to quickly overcome and rectify them so that the mass mobilization activities in the department become increasingly effective, practical, and have a strong influence.

From the achieved results, Colonel Nguyen Manh Huan requested Party committees and commanders at all levels in the Department to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement resolutions, directives and instructions from superiors on mass mobilization work; combine the implementation of the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization units" with the implementation of Directive No. 05 of the Politburo, Directive No. 87 of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the campaign to promote tradition, contribute talent, and be worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.

Along with that, actively and proactively innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation movements as well as the leadership, direction and implementation capacity of organizations.
