Organizing logistics work carefully, ensuring centralized living, eating and resting, eating and drinking properly, meeting standards and quantities according to regulations; ensuring military medicine and equipment for the living of forces participating in parades and marches are issued according to regulations. Proactively forecasting, grasping the situation, proposing to superiors effective and practical measures; must regularly pay attention to ensuring good eating, sleeping, health and spiritual life for soldiers.
