Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of Company 74 have paid attention to leading and directing the building, nurturing and expanding of advanced women, spreading the good qualities of Vietnamese women: "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty, and responsibility".

Every year, more than 52% of female workers are rewarded and 2 female members have been awarded the title of Emulation Fighter of the whole army; 142 members have been awarded certificates of merit by the Ministry of National Defense and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, and thousands of members have been rewarded by the Command of Army Corps 15 and Company 74.

The Company's Women's Union was awarded the Emulation Flag by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army for 3 consecutive years (2020-2022) and by the 15th Corps Command for 2 years (2023, 2024).

At the conference, Company 74 honored 5 collectives and 85 typical advanced women in the period of 2020-2025; awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with achievements in the peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification and the 5th Political Contest to Protect the Party's Ideological Foundation.

On this occasion, the Women's Union of Company 74 presented "Children of Faith" to female members in difficult circumstances (each member received 1 million VND); presented funds and materials from the project "Army officers and soldiers help children go to school" for the 2024-2025 school year to 18 students with a total cost of more than 133 million VND.
