Emulation cluster No. 3, Ethnic Committee summarizes emulation movement in 2024, deploys tasks in 2025

On the morning of December 17, in Thanh Hoa , Emulation Cluster No. 3, Ethnic Committee held a conference to summarize the emulation movement in 2024 and deploy tasks in 2025.

Emulation cluster No. 3 has 9 agencies and units including: Thanh Hoa Provincial Ethnic Committee (Cluster Head), Quang Binh Provincial Ethnic Committee (Vice Cluster Head), Nghe An Provincial Ethnic Committee, Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee Office (Ethnic work field), Thua Thien Hue Provincial Ethnic Committee, Da Nang City People's Committee Office (Ethnic work field), Quang Nam Provincial Ethnic Committee and Quang Ngai Provincial Ethnic Committee.

2024 is the first year that the Emulation Cluster in the field of ethnic affairs nationwide was established and put into operation. Together with local levels and sectors, units in Emulation Cluster No. 3 have focused, made efforts, promoted patriotic emulation movements, resolutely and effectively implemented the tasks and solutions set out, promptly overcome and resolved arising problems, difficulties and obstacles, contributing together with the Party Committee, government, army and people of all ethnic groups in the locality to successfully implement the goals of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense - security, building the Party and the political system. The work of propagating and replicating advanced models has been focused on by agencies and units in the cluster with diverse and practical contents and forms.

The units of Emulation Cluster No. 3 have developed a propaganda plan and coordinated the organization of many activities to promptly encourage, motivate and replicate advanced models with many outstanding achievements in implementing emulation movements of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, associated with major events and anniversaries of the homeland and the country. Organize the compilation and publication of news and articles on the electronic information portal, internal announcements, and information products of agencies and units to propagate and replicate advanced models. Thereby, contributing to motivating cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of agencies and units to enthusiastically compete, overcome difficulties, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

In 2025, Emulation Cluster No. 3 sets out the following directions, tasks and solutions: Organize the dissemination and propaganda of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, and regulations of the province on emulation and reward work among cadres, civil servants and employees of Emulation Cluster No. 3. Promote the deployment and implementation of patriotic emulation movements in each agency and unit; focus on launching specialized and sudden emulation movements associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Enhance the responsibility of each member unit in researching and proposing innovative solutions, improving the quality of patriotic emulation movements, creating clear changes in the emulation to carry out the political tasks of each agency and the cluster. Develop and organize the successful implementation of targets and tasks according to the Work Program set out in 2025; continue to strengthen and promote the role of the province's focal agencies on ethnic work. In particular, the focus is on advising the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to issue documents related to the implementation of the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas in 2025; Plan to implement the Ethnic Work Strategy for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the implementation of emulation movements in 2024; directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for 2025. At the same time, they discussed the emulation scoring criteria and announced the self-assessment scores of the units.

The conference also reviewed and agreed on outstanding units to propose the Minister and Chairman of the Ethnic Committee to award Certificates of Merit to the following units: Ethnic Committees of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Thua Thien Hue provinces, Department of Agriculture - Natural Resources and Environment of the Office of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, Department of Internal Affairs of the Office of the People's Committee of Da Nang city.

The conference agreed that in 2025, the Ethnic Minorities Committee of Quang Binh province will be the Head of the Cluster, the Ethnic Minorities Committee of Quang Ngai province will be the Deputy Head of the Emulation Cluster No. 3 and launched and signed the Emulation Covenant for 2025.
