But with her passion, Ms. Nga did not hesitate to choose the path of "going to every alley, knocking on every door", regardless of day or night, to promote the benefits of voluntary social insurance and family health insurance.

Despite her age and gray hair, her enthusiasm remains intact. She is not afraid of difficulties or hardships, persistently explaining and mobilizing people with sincerity and real stories. Especially, when people's health insurance cards are about to expire, she carefully calls to remind and urges them to renew, to ensure that people's medical examination and treatment rights are not interrupted even for a day.

It is her enthusiasm and flexible, friendly way of working that has "touched" the hearts of many people. Thanks to her tireless efforts, Ms. Nga has attracted thousands of people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance. As a result, she is proud to have 310 people participating in voluntary social insurance and 4,500 people participating in health insurance, contributing a large part to the results. The health insurance coverage rate of the entire Quang Tien ward, now part of Sam Son ward, has reached 99% - an admirable number!
