WITH CHOLIMEX FOOD, COME TO THE HAI PHONG DELICIOUS FOOD FESTIVAL IN 2025

To celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day, in response to the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2025, the Hai Phong Food Festival 2025 will take place from the morning of May 10 to May 12 at Hai Phong Station and Nguyen Du Flower Garden. The opening program at the Trumpet House in Nguyen Du Flower Garden includes cultural and artistic performances at the Trumpet House, demonstration of making famous crab rice noodles. Port, Tuong Long mountain root hotpot, Cat Ba grouper smoked on volcanic rocks, sakura beef plated with gold and burned on fire... from the top chefs of the Port city.

The festival has the participation of 25 booths and real scenes, check-in points for people and tourists. Of which, at Nguyen Du Flower Garden, there are 20 booths, with 9 street food booths, 11 food booths, delicious dishes, local specialties, OCOP products of districts and towns in the city, introducing to people and tourists specialties and famous street foods of Hai Phong such as: Kien Thuy braised sardines, An Tho sour sausage, crab spring rolls, crab rice noodles, baguettes, water fern cakes, chrysanthemum tea, coconut coffee... At Hai Phong Station, there are 5 booths displaying and selling food tour dishes to take home, providing tourism information, destinations, souvenirs, handmade products... Along with that, the festival also has street art performances, participating in games to receive gifts, vouchers to explore Hai Phong cuisine.
