Dien Bien TV - On September 11, the Council for Enforcement of Administrative Violations of Dien Bien Phu City organized the enforcement of an administrative violation decision against a case of non- agricultural land occupation in residential group 3, Muong Thanh ward, Dien Bien Phu city.

The enforcement council propagated, mobilized, and persuaded Mr. Doan Thanh Tuan to voluntarily demolish his property.

On July 11, 2024, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Phu City issued Decision No. 04 on administrative sanctions against Mr. Doan Thanh Tuan, permanent residence at Residential Group 3, Thanh Binh Ward, Dien Bien Phu City, for occupying 475.7 square meters of non-agricultural land in urban areas.

Before carrying out the enforcement, the Enforcement Council inspected the current status of the entire enforcement area. After that, they conducted propaganda, mobilized, and persuaded Mr. Tuan to voluntarily demolish his assets, structures, cut down and move the remaining trees out of the enforcement area, and return the land to the State, but Mr. Tuan did not agree.
